I have developed a specialist knowledge of painful shoulders, stiff necks and back pain. I have a real interest in helping people help themselves with self help exercises, particularly self energy work to rebalance hormones to ease  symptoms of painful or irregular periods and the menapause.  I will be continuing with  a 2 year  Energy Medicine training course in  2012.

By bringing together the knowledge of many different therapies and systems I have created a way of working that gets results. So much so that if you see no real improvement after 3 or 4 treatments I would say I am not the therapist for you.

No treatment should be so painful that you cannot relax. We will work together to create the right pressure for you.

I am trained in Shiatsu, Bowen Technique and Thai Foot Massage. I give workshops on coping with exam stress and general life stress issues. I have further studied, among other things,  Chi Kung,  Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture.
